Description

No, this is not a UFO. I was up around 12:00 in the morning and a patrol car pulled someone over right outside my window (no siren thank god). It was pitch black out all I could see were the flashing lights. I was intrigued by the colors so I snapped this picture. The delayed exposure creates the layered look.

Wasn't sure how to categorize this one.
